Mr. Waqas A. Khan is a PhD Scholar. He holds M.Phil/MS degrees in Quality Assurance Management and diploma in “Practical Project Management” from Ateneo De Manila University Philippines. He is working as Director, Hazara Public School & College Changa Manga. Previously he has been working as a Country Manager in Gohar Publishers Pakistan, Coordinator Centre for Civic Education (CCE) Pakistan, Provincial Coordinator CM Task Force on Human Rights and Rule of Law, Deputy Chairman National Education Council Pakistan®, General Secretary Punjab Education Council (PEC) ®, Master Trainer SAHIL, Fazaldad Human Rights Institute ®, Centre for Peace and Human Rights ® and SYBAN. He is a well travelled person and has worked in all four provinces of Pakistan including Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. He has represented Pakistan in SAARC International Management Seminar held in Delhi (INDIA) 2006, International Conference on Optimizing ICT in Education Held at Asian Development Bank HQ at Manila Philippines (2007), International Conference on Religion and Media, Tehran, Iran (2009) and Regional Conference on Diversity, Kathmandu, Nepal (2011).

History

Zareena Muzaffar Trust set up an educational institution by the name of Hazara Public School in 1985. The school campus was actually a two room building at that time. Soon because of exceptional educational results and meritorious scholarships won by the school students, government of Pakistan and Federal ministry of Education honored the school by giving it “Award for Performance” which brought a countrywide fame for the school. Hazara Public School & College in its 26 years academic career has produced dozens of doctors, engineers, bankers, judges, civil and public servants. With 2000 students enrolled in school & college, community at large has a trust on the academic and moral standards of our institution. The school & College has a 7 canal purpose built campus consisting of 54 rooms and a big play ground. We at HPSC are teaching a unique syllabus which in not being taught in any other institution of the area. Our examination system is of international standard where we not only monitor the student’s performance with most advanced methods but also send the report of his/her performance regularly to the parents.
